Observers twitter page

 If you access The Observer print edition online, you can access added features. What are they?

If you access the newspaper online, there are many ways that you can access different features such as zooming in, you have a chance to be able to read it close up or far away and this can benefit for a lot of people if they don't have amazing eyesight. Another feature is 'retweet' this button allows you to tweet the observers tweet which can expand the amount of people who will read it. Another feature that the online newspaper has is a chat box, where you can discuss the newspaper and have a chance to be able to interact with others. Lastly they have an option to comment below where you can give them feedback or even discuss the matters in the newspaper, it will tell The Observer what they can improve on and make it better for people to read.

 This is The Observer's Twitter page. What do you notice?

The Observers twitter page has an option to be able to see tomorrow's front page which can make the audience want to read it if it has a really effecting title page, if they see something that they like it will encourage them to read it. You are also given the option to see peoples views and are allowed to give your own view about the paper which can also be very helpful to the audience. The title page can have a big impact on whether people want to read it so everything has to be perfect in order for people to buy it.

    Online version: draw attention to the value of linked articles. It is an amazing resource, once you are a subscriber, to cross-reference other articles, to go back and delve into an issue that perhaps you didn't need to read up about before.
    Twitter: you are correct to emphasise the interactivity and the audience pleasures of a shared community of like-minded people. Twitter also makes suggestions about writers that you might find interesting so that you could 'follow' them.
