Media language is presented in Mojo with the genre of of classical rock, conveying that it has a rock artist on the front, it has a very bold and colourful front page which is extremely eye-catching to me and the readers. Certain colours are used like reds and black which are quite outgoing and bold. The man who is photographed in the middle of the image has a very plain look, he looks quite serious and quite stern which could reflect his band and how serious they are about playing music. He has very artistic makeup which you wouldn't commonly see in the streets therefore people may be attracted to this and interested about what perhaps the magazine is going to be about. The newspaper includes san serif writing which is very bold and simple.
Compared to the BBC magazine the genre which is classical impacts the front page, plain colours and simple writing, there isn't any boldness or anything shouting at your face full of colours. The clothes the artist is wearing gives off a warm impression, he isn't wearing anything too out there or bold but instead just simple colours. The boy is showing a smile which can infer that he's happy and he likes what he's doing, he likes playing music to people and especially as he is very young, it's quite impressive. It can also suggest that he's welcoming the readers, they should read this magazine because he's friendly and inviting.
In conclusion, media language is more formal in the BBC magazine and is aimed at different people compared to the Mojo magazine which is informal and aimed at certain people who like classical rock.
