03 brief 1

For the magazine my main story would be about social media 

i could do:

-why i enjoy social media

-dangers of social media

-impacts of social media

-personal views on social media

-how to inspire people on social media

I could use bright colours for the title making it eye-catching and use the same colour scheme throughout, I could also use images related to social media with the different titles. I think this would be a really good idea because its something everyone uses and enjoys and there is a lot to say about it and that it would be directly aimed at a teen audience and it could help them and also warn them about dangers online. For the front cover i could have a picture of myself or someone else on their phone or maybe a picture of someone with loads of feeling surrounding them to show the impact of social media. For the double page spread i could talk about why i enjoy social media and why people use it a lot.

Television:

I would talk about the popular bands and artists there are and which songs are in top charts in that moment of time and could include snips of the songs.

Website:

For my website i would include my hobbies or made up hobbies, i enjoy social media, fashion, listening to music and so on, for the video i could include me doing one of these hobbies, i could do it about my favourite songs or artists.

Magazine:

In the magazine i could do it based on social media and the uses of it and the dangers, i could include various pictures and show the different apps on social media platforms. On the double page there could be about what different app is like and what its used for and why its so popular. 

Music video

For this i could include my favourite singers and their songs and create an emotional or happy video, i would chose a song many people know and are fairly used to and i could include cool effects and editing.

I think that i'm edging towards doing either the magazine or website because i think that making the website would be fun and i could include things i enjoy doing inside of it however i would also like to do the magazine because i think that it would be really useful and especially as i plan to do it on something everyone is aware of and knows about.

What is your impression of the sixties era?

My impression of the sixties era is that it was a very happy colourful and bright time to live in, people were always having fun and living the best of life. The clothes they wore also gave this impression because they wore brightly coloured clothes that they liked to show off at the time and they weren't bothered about other peoples opinions and what people viewed them as. The music was also very significant and gave a very happy impression and most songs were upbeat and had everyone dancing too, it seemed like one of the best times to be around for.

Where does this come from?

This comes from the trailer we watched, 'Austin Powers', as it shows us what the people wore, which were brightly coloured clothing, their emotions which for the majority of the time they were happy and uplifted. Austin Powers who was very confident and outgoing also suggests how other people were like.
