The Avengers

 

Emma and John have a very flirtatious relationship, they have good chemistry but also are good friends, John was clearly flirting towards Emma especially when they we fencing. Emma Peel is presented as quite a strong woman and takes good care of herself, she is the type of person who is never told what to do. On the other hand John Steed is presented as quite a formal person who likes to play around a bit, he seems quite relaxed in the way his actions are.
